With more than 15 years of experience, having executive positions in financial companies with international exposure, Florentina Taudor has become the General Manager of Renania Academy in 2012. High performances in the sales area, linked with a vocation for efficient organization and  the talent for inspiring people have recommended her.
 
Through the consistency of her principles, "shape, share, nurture initiatives, reward," she created in Renania Academy a system driven to encourage competencies, allowing the development of a motivational work environment.
 
The General Manager of Renania Academy holds an EMBA at Bled School of Management, Slovenia, and in 2013 was awarded among the 100 Young Top Managers.

In 2017, she was among the “Ten Women in Power" Gala, initiated by Business Magazine, and from Business Arena magazine she received, the same year, the trophy for "Creativity and Business Efficiency" at the "Most Admired Business Woman” Gala.
