In ISS, Peter is responsible for the Marketing Division, which includes Branding, Marketing, Web/ Digital, Business Analytics, Sales Support, and Research / Development. He was responsible for developing the Integrated Facility Services from idea to implementation - and this remains an essential strategic point of the organization, accounting for 40% of the Group's revenue.

Peter is the author of ten White Papers from the FM industry and co-author / editor of five White Books. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of IFMA, and is also a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, Peter is a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) and is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the International Outsourcing Professionals Association (IAOP).

In 2015, the Danish business publication Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin voted him among the top five CMOs in Denmark. From an educational point of view, Peter holds an MBA and a Diploma in International Marketing Management at the Business School in Copenhagen (CBS).
