As an experienced and articulate Facilities and Business Manager for over 30 years, Anne managed a broad spectrum of work environments for both public sector and commercial blue chip companies. Originally working client side in the public sector, she then managed multi-site contracts covering the whole UK and the full range of Property and FM services for a major FM service provider. She has had her own consultancy company since 2003 and in 2014 became the Managing Director of a new company, FMP360 Ltd, which delivers strategic measurement of perception and relationships in the Property & FM arena.
She was one of the original seven students to obtain a Masters Degree in Facilities and Environmental Management at University College London in 1994 and the first Fellow of the BIFM to be awarded their professional qualification in 2002.
In 2007 she was selected as one of the 20 most influential women in FM in the UK by the magazine, FM World. She was a founder member of WIFM and remains active in supporting various BIFM groups. She co-authored the BIFM Good Practice Guide to Customer Service in 2010.
In 2013 she was awarded the Profound Impact on the FM Industry Award by the BIFM and in 2014 was given Fellowship status of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. She is qualified as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming in 2014.
Passionate about the FM industry, she has been called an inspirational leader and speaker. She specialises in bespoke FM training and change management solutions as well as she leads her collaboration consultancy FMP360.

Constituita ca unic reprezentant al comunitatii specialistilor ce isi desfasoara activitatea in domeniile facility management, workplace management și property management in Romania, ROFMA are ca scop reprezentarea, sustinerea si promovarea acestor domenii prin dezvoltarea cadrului educational, dar si informational si legislativ.
